Job summary

ADP is seeking Associate Client Support Consultants in a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. You will serve as the front-line for solving clients' payroll challenges and supporting users of ADP technology.

You’ll help clients with 1-49 employees, learn payroll knowledge, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless client experience and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or HR/HRIS with systems experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• A college degree is great but not required; related experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Client support for payroll issues and training clients on ADP technology.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a high-volume, organized daily schedule in a metrics-driven call center.
