Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client and/or service experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and tax-related issues.
• Provide data maintenance, setup changes, and new feature setup requests.
• Act as a trusted advisor and offer consultative support on product optimization.
• Assist with quarter and year-end payroll processing and issue resolution.
• Prepare complex reports, perform calculations, and troubleshoot tax amendments.
