Job summary

ADP seeks an Associate Client Support Consultant to act as the front-line for resolving client questions and issues related to timekeeping technology. The role blends in-office and remote work as part of a structured, metrics-driven environment.

You will train users, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction for small-business clients (1–49 employees). A collaborative culture and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• College degree is great but not required; other relevant experience accepted.
• Military experience where teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through help build relationships is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage their business using our solutions, troubleshoot time clock and time & labor issues.
• Learn: continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, procedures, and desktop support tools.
• Organize: maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls; peak seasons may increase phone time.
