Job summary

Acrisure is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris payroll and related services, and close sales for small and mid-sized merchants. You will leverage Atlas CRM and partner with the Payroll Division Manager during training, then operate independently with a 100% commission model and potential residuals.

Role requires field work about 50% of the time, a strong hunter mindset, and ability to build referral networks across the area.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Must live in area relative to job posting location
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Incentive-driven sales hunter
• Professional demeanor and integrity
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• Enjoys cold-calling and meeting people face to face
• Accountable for measurable results
• Ability to be in the field 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and other systems
• Achieve minimum production requirements to secure a WIN
• Develop knowledge of product portfolio and fintech changes
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader
