Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner acquired by Acrisure in 2025, is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close small to mid-sized business payroll solutions. You’ll work with local leaders, use Atlas CRM for lead generation and client analysis, and train with a short-cycle sales process.

Expect commission-based upside and a path to portfolio equity. You will run appointments with business owners, build referral networks, and adapt to a fast sales cycle while representing

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 18+ years of age, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and successful pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location and have at least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional demeanor and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM and document interactions.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure appointments to win deals.
• Develop knowledge of Auris products and fintech industry changes.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leaders.
