Job summary

Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, now part of Acrisure since 2025. The Payroll Client Advisor will prospect and present Auris solutions to merchants, closing deals in a fast sales cycle. Training with the PDM/PTM leads to a 100% commission model with residuals and portfolio equity.

You will set appointments, use Salesforce for lead gen and analysis, and upsell other Auris products to new and existing clients in your territory.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold-calling and meeting people face to face.
• Field work 50%+ of time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in CRM (Salesforce) per company policy.
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first appointments.
• Develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and industry trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leader.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
