Job summary

Auris is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present Auris payroll solutions, and close deals with small to mid-sized businesses in the local market. You will report to the Payroll Division Manager and learn the short-cycle sales process with Atlas CRM.

After training you will set your own schedule, work 100% commission with residuals, and build a client portfolio while delivering a high-touch, human-centered sales experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• 2+ years in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and schedule appointments.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Atlas).
• Meet minimum production requirements and close deals.
• Develop product knowledge and stay updated on fintech/FT tech.
• Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1s with leadership.
• Additional duties as needed.
