Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner acquired by Acrisure, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor to prospect, present, and close payroll solutions for small to mid-sized merchants and businesses. You will operate in a fast sales cycle, using Salesforce for lead generation, presentations, and contract processing, with coaching from the PDM/PTM.

During training you will learn the short-cycle sales process and then set your own schedule to maximize commissions, residuals, and portfolio growth in a 100%

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; professional demeanor and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set initial appointments.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and track activities.
• Present Auris value proposition and close sales with small to mid-sized businesses.
• Coordinate with Payroll Division Manager (PDM) and Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) for coaching and alignment.
• Attend weekly team meetings and pursue training to improve short-cycle sales process.
