Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Nampa, ID to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise. You will engage with customers by phone and face-to-face to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

The role offers an hourly wage of $13.75 to $14.50 plus performance-based incentive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a team-driven, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old in the United States
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with DOT policy where applicable
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
