Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Oregon to drive payments and renewals by explaining lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise. The salary range is $15.50 to $16.25 per hour with eligibility for incentive pay based on performance; the position offers paid time off, health benefits, 401(k), and other perks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
