Job summary

Aaron's Bend, OR is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and face-to-face to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The position offers hourly pay with a range of $14.00 to $15.00 per hour and eligibility for performance-based incentive pay. Aaron's provides a benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the US (or 18+ in Canada)
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
• DOT certification if required by location
• Flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired/unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
