Aaron's in Boise, Idaho seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive collections and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise. The role emphasizes building relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and progress toward ownership.

You will handle payments, renewals, and customer inquiries with a focus on service quality. Compensation includes an hourly wage and potential incentive pay, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and at least 18 in Canada.
• Requires valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (DOT certification if location requires).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
