Job summary

Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to help customers achieve ownership of their merchandise by building relationships and guiding payments and renewals. You will engage with customers over the phone and in person, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up.

The position offers an hourly wage between $13.00 and $14.50, with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, plus a benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the US and 18+ in Canada (if applicable).
• Requires a valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification may be required at location.
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure product and operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
