Aaron's, Inc. in Taylorsville, UT is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to assist customers with payments and lease renewals, building relationships and guiding them toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role offers $14.75–$15.50 per hour plus performance-based incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health coverage, a 401(k) plan and more. Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills are essential to manage collections, schedule payments and renewals,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
