The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and guide them toward ownership of their purchased merchandise. You will build relationships by phone and in‑store visits to ensure satisfaction and timely payments.

The role offers an hourly wage of $18–$19 with incentive pay based on performance, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a high‑energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers via phone or home visits as needed.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure products, operate company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
