Aaron's in the United States is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor who will drive payments and lease renewals by explaining benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with customers by phone and in person to bring them one step closer to ownership of their merchandise.

The role offers an hourly wage of $12.25–$13.00 with potential incentive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in the United States for positions in the US.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with policy.
• Must be able to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain door-to-door route sheets and daily maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
