Job summary

Aaron's in Idaho is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and help customers move toward ownership of their merchandise.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person, maintain accurate account records, and contribute to revenue and renewal goals. This role offers competitive pay and benefits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ in the US; 18+ in Canada if applicable.
• Valid state driver’s license and in some locations DOT certification may be required.
• Able to work a varied schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain route and maintenance sheets; load and secure product; inspect returned merchandise.
