Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• HIPAA compliance awareness and proper handling of patient information.
• Must be able to travel to CVR clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure patient charts are up to date and HIPAA compliant.
• Review scheduling, referrals, and financial responsibilities with each patient.
• Collect copays and patient balances at time of service.
• Coordinate precertification forms and prior authorizations.
• Update patient forms in NextGen/EHR and maintain accurate records.
