Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, check in/out, and support administrative workflow in a fast-paced medical setting.

The role includes ensuring HIPAA compliance, scheduling, billing, and accurate data entry in NextGen/EHR, with four 10-hour shifts. No weekends or nights, offering growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics not accessible by public transit.
• Must be able to travel between CVR clinics.
• Spanish fluency preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure policy distribution, understanding, and compliance by all center staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and accurate input in NextGen/EHR.
• Review scheduling, financials, and referrals with patients during care.
• Send precertification forms to the Precertification Department daily.
• Complete daily close tasks: fee tickets, billing, and operative notes.
• Verify future schedules are preauthorized for treatment.
• Collect patient paperwork for appointments and copays at visit time.
