Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration is hiring Patient Service Representatives to join a healthcare team dedicated to patient-centered care. The role supports front-desk operations, scheduling, billing tasks, and HIPAA-compliant data management across CVR Union and Morristown clinics.

You will handle patient check-ins, collect copays, and coordinate precertifications while ensuring accurate data entry into NextGen/EHR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Must be able to travel to CVR Union & Morristown Clinics.
• Spanish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure CVR policies and procedures are distributed, understood, and implemented by staff.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper input of demographics, procedures, payments into NextGen.
• Review scheduling, financial responsibilities and referrals with patients during care.
• Send precertification forms to Precertification Department daily for authorized services.
• Complete daily close tasks including fee tickets, billing tasks and operative notes.
• Review future schedules to confirm patient preauthorization for treatment.
• Update patient forms in NextGen/EHR and keep records accurate.
• Collect necessary paperwork for appointments and copays at time of service.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; collect patient emails.
