Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration seeks an organized Patient Service Representative to join our Durham, NC clinics. You will greet patients, check in/out, collect payments, and coordinate scheduling while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate charting in NextGen.

This full-time role offers a fast-paced environment with a 4-day work week (40 hours), benefits eligibility, PTO plus 8 paid holidays, and growth opportunities within the network.

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required (bilingual)
• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience in a medical setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out
• Distribute, explain, and enforce CVR policies and procedures for center staff
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and up-to-date patient charts in NextGen
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients
• Send precertification forms to Precertification Department daily
• Complete daily close tasks: fee tickets, billing, operative notes
• Verify future schedules are preauthorized for treatment
• Update patient records in NextGen/HER and ensure accuracy
• Collect paperwork for appointments (authorizations, referrals, etc.) and collect copays/balances
• Schedule and confirm appointments and collect patient emails
