Job summary

Clearway Pain is seeking a Front Desk Representative to manage patient check-in/out, registration, and data entry in the EMR system. You will collect payments, verify demographics, and coordinate scheduling via phone, portal, and in person.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and MS Office skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting. Travel is minimal beyond occasional site coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Internet applications and Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and public.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient information flow and registers patients in EMR.
• Collects co-pays and balances and performs daily reconciliation.
• Schedules appointments and manages in-person, phone, and portal bookings.
• Responds to inquiries and directs to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains cleanliness of waiting area and supports trainings.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Performs data entry and insurance demographics at arrival.
