Clearway Pain is seeking a Front Desk Representative to support patient flow, registration, and financial interactions at the practice site. You will collect insurance demographics on arrival and ensure accurate scheduling, check-in, and checkout through the EMR system.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle money and scheduling efficiently. A flexible schedule and a patient, service-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle money accurately.
• Flexible schedule and calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare terminology.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect/verify demographics and insurance data in EMR.
• Assist patients with Phreesia tablet and forms.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and past due balances; reconcile daily money.
• Schedule appointments and manage EMR data entry.
• Answer inquiries and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Maintain waiting area and ensure paperwork is up to date.
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service.
