Job summary

Clearway Pain is seeking a Front Desk Representative to ensure smooth patient flow from arrival through checkout. You will collect insurance demographics, register patients, handle co-pays and co-insurances, and enter data into the EMR while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical office. A high school diploma and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong customer service.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidential patient information handling.
• Experience with EMR and basic data entry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, collect demographics, insurance and financial information.
• Process co-pays and payments; reconcile money daily.
• Enter data into the EMR and support scheduling.
• Answer inquiries and assist patients with portal access and referrals.
