Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Representative to ensure smooth patient flow from arrival through departure. You will collect insurance demographics, register patients, and manage data entry in the EMR while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include handling co-pays, scheduling follow-ups, and answering inquiries with professionalism. The role requires accurate money handling, multi-tasking, and strict confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, staff and the public.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of handling money accurately.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Flexible schedule and multi-tasking ability.
• Attention to detail and professional appearance.
• HIPAA awareness and, if ASC, vaccination/PPD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and collects insurance demographics into EMR.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurances, deductibles and balances; reconciles daily totals.
• Handles patient registration, scheduling and check-in/check-out in EMR.
• Answers routine inquiries and delivers exceptional customer service.
• Assists with Phreesia, forms, and maintains patient records and paperwork.
