Job summary

Clearway Pain is seeking a Front Desk Representative to ensure smooth patient flow from arrival through checkout. You will collect demographic data, register patients, and handle basic financial transactions in our EMR system.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical setting. Work includes greeting patients, answering inquiries, and coordinating appointments with care teams.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to collect and maintain money accurately.
• Proficient with Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient information flow across the care continuum.
• Handles patient check-in/check-out and registration in EMR.
• Collects co-pays, co-insurances, and past due balances; performs daily reconciliation.
• Schedules follow-up appointments per insurance guidelines.
• Answers routine inquiries and assists with phreesia tablets and forms.
• Maintains clean waiting area and ensures documentation is up to date.
