Clearway Pain is seeking a detail-oriented customer service specialist to handle patient calls, collect demographic and insurance data, verify eligibility, and create medical records. You will triage calls, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Two years of related experience and strong communication skills are preferred. Experience with EMR is a plus; reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced medical office are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer service by phone with HIPAA compliance.
• Collect patient demographics, insurance data, and medical histories.
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility in real time.
• Create and manage medical records requests and schedules.
• Triages high volume of calls and directs to appropriate recipients.
• Assist with administrative duties and trainings as needed.
