Job summary

Mercy is seeking a friendly Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage the front desk, greet customers, and guide them through the patient journey with empathy and professionalism.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, data entry and basic computer skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. Training is provided after hire to ensure consistent service across Mercy locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and data entry.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Adaptable and capable of handling pressure.
• Completion of Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
