Qualifications

• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for entering patient information, scheduling appointments, and processing documents.
• Must maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
• Be adaptable and able to handle unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
