Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a fast-paced environment focusing on patient care or customer service.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains patient charts and records.
• Answers telephone and directs callers or triages as needed.
• Schedules appointments and enters data into the scheduler.
• Greets and directs patients, visitors, and staff.
• Registers patients with up-to-date records.
• Coordinates referrals with insurance and other physicians.
• Collects payments and reconciles daily cash.
