Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic, Cedar Park, TX, is seeking an Front Desk / Patient Services representative. You will check patients in and out, book appointments, verify insurance eligibility, collect payments, and print necessary documents while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

We value accurate data entry, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic environment. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, with a patient-centered approach guiding daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; PC experience in a Windows environment.
• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Excellent computer, 10-key and keyboarding skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients using the clinic system.
• Book patient appointments and update demographic information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments when applicable.
• Print receipts, face sheets and other documents as needed.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and reminders.
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA policies and maintain confidentiality.
