Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service at our on-site store location. You will bridge clinical services with the retail team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will support clinical operations, greet patients, promote products and services, and help manage appointments, while upholding brand standards and HIPAA practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Effective communication with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or higher, or current enrolment in a related program.
• Flexible schedule; hours determined by business needs.
• Microsoft Office 365 skills.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and support store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist management with patient complaints and order status.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping.
• Achieve defined clinical and operational metrics.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA.
• Perform basic lens edging and assembly to expedite delivery.
• Notify management of equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.
