Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with diverse groups of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or enrollment in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain patient records confidentially under HIPAA requirements.
• Assist with basic lab tasks, lens edging, and product handling to ensure timely delivery.
• Support retail and clinical teams to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
