Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician for an on-site store location. You will deliver outstanding customer service to patients and help manage the flow between clinical services and the retail team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled.
• Flexible schedule and reliability.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient/customer service in-store.
• Greet patients, identify needs and promote products/services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist management with patient concerns and order statuses.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Assist with lens edging, repairs, and accurate order delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in lab and customer areas.
