Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service, bridge clinical and retail teams, and ensure a smooth patient flow in-store. You will assist with testing, product guidance, and appointment coordination while upholding HIPAA and brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, gathering information, resolving issues, and supporting store goals with a proactive, tech-friendly mindset. Optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach to concerns.
• Flexible schedule in a team environment.
• Interest in technology and current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
