Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction, proactive problem solving.
• Flexible scheduling and ability to multitask in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and collaborate to meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide product/service information.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and order status updates.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and brand standards.
