Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional customer service at our on-site store. You will guide patients through promotions, coordinate with the clinical team, and help maintain accurate records while ensuring a smooth patient journey.

You’ll greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and support lab tasks like lens edging, all while upholding HIPAA standards and the company’s service goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Schedule flexibility to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote products/services.
• Foster a partnership between retail and clinical teams to enhance patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with purchases and promotions.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Assist in labs with basic repairs, lens edging and frame work.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time and meet brand standards.
