Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at our on-site store locations. You will help bridge clinical services and retail, ensuring a smooth patient journey from check-in to eyewear delivery.

The role emphasizes patient care, accurate records, and team collaboration. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience, an associate degree or higher, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite 365.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Associate degree or higher or current enrollment in related program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs, and promote products/services to enhance experience.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Assist with basic eyewear processing, repairs, and order fulfillment.
• Schedule appointments and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
