Job summary
A medical practice specializing in ophthalmology is looking for experienced technicians. The positions include lead technicians and scribes who assist physicians, triage patients, and manage surgery schedules. Candidates must have prior experience in ophthalmology and familiarity with tasks required for running a medical clinic. The role offers excellent benefits, including medical and dental insurance, as well as a 401K plan. Full-time hours are preferred with potential overtime and travel requirements.

- OCT/Fundus/FA experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physician directly during procedures.
- Triage patients and schedule surgeries.
- Manage and edit medical charts/referrals.
Skills
We are looking to hire experienced technicians to fill available roles as lead technicians, scribes, photographers, and work up technicians. Our lead technicians must be able to directly assist the physician in the room, triage patients, and schedule surgeries.
- Experience working as a technician in an Ophthalmology office.
- Ability to aid in daily tasks of running a medical clinic.
- OCT/Fundus/FA experience.
- Scribe experience, familiarity with MDI Intellechart preferred, but not required.
- Ability to assist in coordinating surgery schedules and reviewing and editing medical charts/referrals.

Set clinic hours are M - F, 8 am - 5 pm. FT hours are preferred. Some overtime hours and travel may be required.
