Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and support both clinical and retail teams. You will greet patients, assist with promotions, schedule appointments, and help maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
Associate degree or higher or enrolled in a related program.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and promote products and services.
Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and clinical services.
Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
Assist management with patient complaints and inform on order status.
Maintain patient records confidentially and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Assist with simple repairs and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery.
