Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service to patients and support the seamless transition between clinical services and the retail team.

You will greet patients, gather information, promote products, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and assisting with eyeglass orders. A positive team player with healthcare experience is desired.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs; willingness to work retail hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and customers.
• Greet patients upon entry, identify needs and promote products.
• Coordinate with clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; resolve patient inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Assist with eye care products, lens insertion/removal, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure brand standards and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
