Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service and facilitate smooth flow between Clinical services and retail teams. You will greet patients, communicate product/service options, and schedule appointments while upholding HIPAA and brand standards.

Candidates should have an associate degree or relevant certification, 2+ years of customer service, enjoy technology, and be flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Schedule flexibility; work hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform about products and services for a memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information to ensure positive experiences.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
• Other duties as assigned.
