Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician who will be the first touchpoint for patients and a bridge between clinical and retail teams. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support clinical standards, and help manage patient flow in-store.

The role emphasizes accurate charting, proper lens handling, and coordination with PEG doctors to enhance the patient experience and store performance. Prior optical exposure is a plus, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a team environment.
• Associate’s degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Schedule flexibility and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote available products/services.
• Coordinate between clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with patient query resolution.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance and accuracy.
• Keep lab and retail areas organized and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
