Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to enhance the patient journey in our store. You will support clinical workflows, ensure smooth transitions between clinical and retail teams, and deliver outstanding customer service to every patient.

Key responsibilities include greeting patients, gathering information, scheduling appointments, and assisting with patient questions while upholding HIPAA standards. Optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or advanced certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem-solving and addressing patient concerns.
• Multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience in the store.
• Greet patients and identify needs, explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and track orders.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
