Physicians Eyecare Group currently seeks a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service at our on-site store location. You will facilitate the flow between clinical services and retail, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

You should have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule. Optical experience is a plus, and you will work with a supportive team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with other team members to accomplish store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform on order status.
