Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our on-site store location. You will help transition patients from clinical services to retail, assist with appointments, and support a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced optical environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to HIPAA, and collaboration with PEG physicians to maintain high clinical standards and store performance. Experience in eyewear or optical care is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering customer service in healthcare or retail.
• Associate degree or higher certification.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers and identify needs to enhance experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist Management with patient concerns and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Process orders and coordinate between clinical and retail teams.
• Ensure brand standards and assist in basic repairs and lens edging as needed.
