Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a related program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address concerns.
• Results-driven, able to multitask and flexible in a team setting.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and collect information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on orders.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Maintain patient records confidentially under HIPAA.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
