Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving for patient concerns or rebuttals.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs; willingness to work varying hours.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients and identify needs, providing information on products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and track pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant.
• Other duties as assigned.
