Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors with courtesy, service, respect and privacy.
• Performs check in, registration, scheduling, and demographic verification.
• Monitors and supports patient flow; acts as liaison between patient and staff and between departments.
• Maintains a clean, welcoming reception area and clear signage for information.
• Provides translation services in Spanish when needed.
