Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registers patients for visits and explains the process.
• Processes co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles, and balances due.
• Manages patient scheduling and rescheduling via multiple channels.
• Obtains signatures on financial documents and ABNs as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and secure handling of information.
